Terms of Service

The rules of using CompareRabbit, written without legalese where possible.

Acceptance

By using CompareRabbit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply whether you are signed in or just browsing.

What CompareRabbit is

CompareRabbit is a price-comparison service. We aggregate listings from third-party platforms and link you to them. We are not the seller and we do not handle the transaction, the device, or the warranty.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at security@comparerabbit.in the moment you suspect anything.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape us, don't reverse-engineer the API, don't use CompareRabbit to harass others, and don't try to subvert rate limits. Reasonable, automated price tracking via our public API (when available) is fine.

Third-party platforms

When you click a price, you leave CompareRabbit and go to the seller's site. Their terms, refund policy, and warranty apply — not ours. We try hard to surface only reputable platforms, but we cannot guarantee the experience after the click.

Pricing accuracy

We refresh prices continuously, but listings change. The seller's checkout page is the final source of truth. If a price changes between your click and your checkout, we are unable to honour the original quote.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompareRabbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any third-party transaction discovered through us.

Termination

You can close your account any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
